- 11 am start time. Leave launch pad around 11:45. 5 day work week here with 8 hours guaranteed. $20 daily bonus for hitting metrics and no violations. $25 paid for a rescue. Mostly 150-190 stop residential routes. Running 20-30 routes a day. Cool dispatch and Owner. 2 phones. Snacks and drinks provided most mornings. $10 a day extra if you drive step van. $20 an hour with .50 cent raise every four months.

Champion Logistics - DBK4 - Queens NY

-Offered 2,000 signing bonus around peak ($1200 after taxes). $21.25 an hour. Start time 9:50am, load time 10am, on the road 10:30ish. Cool owner and dispatch but strict on uniform and metrics. If you need a rescue you get suspended the following week. However if you rescue, you are paid $10 per bag, $1 per overflow. If you get any violations against you then one work day will be taken away.

Urban Partner Logistics - DSF8 - Richmond CA

-$23 an hour, $25 for step van. Sweepers almost every day. Loadout 10am. Sometimes the sweepers will rescue drivers when a rescue is not even needed, not allowing drivers to get full 8 or 10 hours. Cool managers.

Scratch - DDP3 - Philadephia, PA

- Usually at first stop by 11am. Paid for 10 hours if meet metrics. Also paid $1.50 per stop on rescues. City routes.

Road Runner - DJE3 - Swedesboro, NJ

- Dispatch is very cool, owner is a nice guy. Routes not to difficult. Usually back by 5 or 6. Nice warehouse environment. $20.75 an hour.

Alliance T&S Logistics (ATSL) - DXT6 - Montreal

-The schedule for the week is uploaded hours before the week starts. Phones and vans are shotty. They don't care to much about FICO scores and EOC and POD. Dispatchers are cool and laid back. $20.90 an hour (maybe more now), start time 9:50, leave station around 10:30am.

CNKT Logistiques - DXT6 - Montreal

-$21.90 an hour, with $21 daily bonus if you meet the metrics. Dispatchers are cool and nice people but the company is pretty strict on meeting the metrics. Well maintained vans. Dedicated people to do rescues most days. Professional atmosphere. At the time of writing this (2/21/24) shifts are getting cut pretty often, once, or sometimes even twice a week.

WEBSITE NOTE: These shift cuts seem to be happening at a lot of DSPs around this time. I am told February is a slow month. But also, while routes are getting cut, the ones that remain are getting heavier. For instance, a DSP running 25-30 routes a day may only be running 20,  thus needing only 20 drivers. But these 20 routes seem to be a lot more stops, definitely a lot more multi location stops, more packages, and more time consuming than the norm prior to peak.  Peak is normally mid-late Dec until first week of Jan. But it appears this year is constantly peak so far.

Samatar Delivery Logistics - WML1 - Pensacola, FL

-$19 an hour. Report at 8:10am, loading out around 8:30. If you are new or not a veteran driver with 180-190 stops than you very well may be doing some rescues. Work weeks usually don't get more than 35-36 hours. Supposedly front half dispatchers are a lot more chill than back half dispatchers here.

Website Note: Most DSPs operate with this front half/back half schedule. Front half being Sun-Wed and back half is Wed-Sat. Most of time people work one or the other. But not always the case. Most DSPs are very easy to work with as far as picking your own days, the only thing that seems to be mandatory everywhere is working at least one of the weekend days.

CVUE - DNK7 - Middlesex, NJ

Clock in 9:40, load time 10:00 and 10:15. Dispatch doesn't bother you if you are handling your route. Usually running 2 sweepers so aren't really asked to rescue. Cool owner and weekly bonuses for no infractions. Nice routes in good areas. Seems to be good work environment with lot of the drivers being there over a year.

End Zone Deliveries - DB06 - Nashua, NH

$21.50 an hour. 2 phones. Report to offsite location 10am. Loadout times 10:20 and 10:40. Get to first stop 11:15ish. Cool owner, cool dispatch and managers. Strict on metrics. Meet the metrics and get paid for 10 hours a day no matter when finished. Also bonus if DSP hit fantastic plus. They want you to hit 10 hour bonus and will coach you to help you get it. Rescue bonus of $1 per stop capped at $25. Routes usually 180 stops mostly residential.

Riverlane Logistics (RVER) - DLX5 - Los Angeles, CA

$19.75 an hour. Load time 11am. Return to station around 8:00. Good routes for the most part. Chill dispatch. 150 stops average route. Usually 1-3 extra workers doing rescue as they do not try and send people home when routes are low. Vans maintained pretty well and issues get fixed when reported.
