Difference between DSP and Flex
Check this out to see the differences between DSP and Flex

DSP - Amazon does not employee its own drivers. DSP stands for "Delivery Service Partner." These are individual companies that were set up to deliver for Amazon. So basically any person may open up their own DSP. It is their own business but they essentially work for Amazon, or at least rely on Amazon to stay in business.
But as the driver, the main things to know is that if you work for a DSP you are using a van provided by them, not your own vehicle. You are paid weekly or bi-weekly and are offered benefits. The most important thing to realize here is all DSP's are different. Let's say Amazon has a warehouse in City A. There may be 10 different DSP companies that deliver out of the warehouse in City A. They all operate differently under the rules and regulations they have to abide by under Amazon. One DSP may stress safety and say it does not matter how long it takes you to get all your stops done, they just emphasize driving safe and meeting all of the metrics set by Amazon. Another DSP may push you to get done the route as quick as possible. Some DSP's may take great care of the fleet of vans - you tell them an issue with the van, and it gets fixed. Other DSP's may neglect the vans - you tell them an issue with the van, and your back in that same van 3 days later and the issue is unresolved.

Flex - This is way different than DSP. When you work for a DSP you have an employer and a set schedule. This is more of a gig driving job where you work for yourself. You use your own vehicle. You sign up for blocks through an app and get paid a set amount. The pay often varies depending on a few different factors. This site is more focused on the DSP side of delivering. If you are a flex driver or potential flex driver you may still find some useful information on here about the delivering process.
